hi all fellow ncdcc squadmates n juniors!
even though im not sure that anyone will notice this but i still want to post it here so you all have a chance to see this
its been a great time tat i had with u all over the whole time i was in this cca. during the time when i was still a cadet, i learnt many things about saving lives from jason, farah , jingquan and of course most importantly, mr ng. the reason i am a cca leader was also partly because of them. they motivated me to do better in everything i did.
at the SNCO course, i was still a coporal when i went. many people asked about my rank during the course but i believed my rank did not matter, what matters is my determination to do well. although i did not get top 10 cadets for the course due to something, i still learnt a lot about being a good leader.
after i became an SNCO, i tried my best in imparting my knowledge to all of u all, my juniors. i hope i have taught u well i this period of time. however, me n my fellow SNCOs have to step down as we have to prepare for our O levels. nevertheless, i feel that most of them would want to say the same thing i am saying to you now.
to the secondary 1s:
hi my cute sec 1s! i hope u enjoyed my teaching. now i have to step down, i hope u all will continue learning from the sec 3s that will be taking up our duties after mid yr. aim for the highest like me and you will also be able to become an inspring leader too.
to my secondary 2s:
even though i did not teach u all this year, i hope u all have learnt much from your SNCOs-in-charge, Bala and Issac. even though you all have been scolded quite a few times, do not feel discouraged. all this was to make u a better cadet or even a leader in the future. if you can, start observing your sec 3 leaders when they are teaching you. notice their good points and learn from their mistakes. do not be scared to advise them on their teaching methods too. no one is perfect. continue to do your best!
to my secondary 3s:
future leaders of NCDCC! you will be taking up your respective posts after the june holidays. i really hope that u have learnt much from us, especially your SNCO-in-charge, Jason. he is really a good role model for u all to learn from. i also have different things to say u all.
weiwang:
dun ask too much questions!! when your juniors are too friendly to you during training, be firm and insist they address u properly. believe in what u know. what u lack is self confidence.
pekyee:
you laugh too much? remember to be firm to your juniors too during training. try your best to work together with 'you-know-who'.
yangge:
you have quite some potential. try to get more respect, especially from the sec 2s as u interacted for quite some time with them.
yuting:
same as above? nothing much mroe to say since both of u are quite similar. haha
to my fellow sec 4 SNCOs:
hey! its been a long time since we started out in NCDCC together as i think back. ever since most of us started out in the Orientation Course, we had a hard time working up the ladder to becoming a SNCO. it was fun working with you all too. we had much laughter and tears. even though we are stepping down, i hope we can still keep in contact. i am still unsure whether i am going for the CLT course, but even if i dont, i will still come back to the school to help out in this cca.
lastly, i wish NCDCC we soar to greater heights and get gold for UOPA, even surpassing NPCC!
